Caregiver agreement only $499
These documents will outline a working relationship between the individual needing care and the person providing care [used when family or friends are active a s a caregiver] showing hours worked pay scale and other necessary language needed in order to be sure that any money paid to a caregiver does not count against a New Jersey Medicaid applicant and cause a penalty to be imposed.

A durable power of attorney is essential. This document will name someone you trust [as your Agent] to make financial decisions for you and handle all of your financial transactions when you can no longer do so on your own.
