Flat Fee Pricing For Medicaid Application and planning Services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland

We Charge a Flat/Fixed Fee for the Following Services

Because each of our clients will have their own unique circumstances, both financial and personal, fees for services will be quoted after our initial consultation and will be based on the needs of that client and their family.

Medicaid Applications
Medicaid application processing. Fees includes meeting with the applicant and family, assistance with gathering and obtaining documents and verification's necessary to establish eligibility, completing a financial resource assessment for eligibility, processing the application, submission to and meeting with the caseworker and all follow up necessary until a decision has been made by the County office. [fees vary by state, please call our office... package pricing is available that can include complete application services along with planning and asset protection services to also include Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive documents]

Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection
Medicaid planning and asset protection services. Medicaid planning is essential to ensure that you can qualify for Medicaid benefits. Whether it's pre-planning or "crisis" planning, we'll ensure that you have the best representation and protect as much of your families assets and savings as possible.

Medicaid Re-Determinations
Medicaid re-determination's [Medicaid's annual renewal procedure]. The fee includes meeting with the applicant [and family when applicable], assistance with gathering and obtaining documents and verification's needed, processing the documents, submission and all follow up till reinstatement is complete.

Guardianship/Conservator Hearing Representation
Guardianship/Conservator hearings. We have 2 fee structures, one for contested and one for non-contested. [fees can be quoted after a consultation and a review of the case]. [Not available in all states].

Establishing Miller/Qualified Income Trusts
Establishing a Miller or Qualified Income Trust [QIT] account is essential to qualifying for Medicaid in an income cap state. Our fees include all paper work and trust documents for the bank and all supporting documents necessary including complete instructions for the trustee on proper use of the trust [available online in 2 hours].

Wills, Trusts and Powers of Attorney
We charge a fixed fee for preparing your above legal documents. This fee includes meeting with you and your family [if applicable], complete consultation, preparing a compete assessment of your family structure and financial resources, a review at time of completion and FREE reviews every 2 years.
